No you misunderstood, when you bought your Switch you didn’t buy the hardware and the software on it, you only bought the right to use the hardware and software. It still belongs to Nintendo, and you better watch out you do nothing bad with it!

I use the default desktop KeePass client (no Xs or whatever) and it always synced correctly and picked up abd merged changes.

I just use Keepass2Android. You can use any solution you’d like that is able to sync normal files and sync your database between your devices

I don’t know Dicio, but I mean can you just leave the app open? Because that’s essentially what the other assistants are, just devices with the app always open.

If you can leave the app open, and it otherwise complies with your requirements, then we already have a FOSS voice assistant, it just doesn’t have its own dedicated hardware yet. But if you would dedicate some hardware to it, like an old phone, then it could be largely equivalent.

Looks to me like letting you call code that doesn’t affect the parent object to be called before the parent object had finished construction.
