All starlink residential service is behind cgnat. They have IPv6 but it’s not well documented.

Cloudfare tunnels with Synology are well documented.

Another option is to use a proxy service like cloudfare. You end up with internet speed when accessing internal resources though, even if your client is internal.

The easy way is to use a calendar client and not try to inject the calendar into your server.

Point still stands, OP is making a poor comparison.

In the 1st photo adding any cable would mean zip tying it down individually.

As someone who has managed racks, that first picture isn’t usable after day 1.
There’s not place for extra cable length to go.
Zip ties?!? I’d make you cut every one of those out.
Every cable needs to be tied down.
Cable tracing requires cutting.
There’s no service loops.

I use tenable but i get it from work for free. You could use Nessus.

I run a weekly vuln scan against my ip ranges. If anything comes up I deal with it.

Advertise/present the services to the internet, or merge the networks or devices together using a service like Tailscale.

Don’t dedicate your nics. Use vlans and trunk ports.
Create a wan vlan. Create a lan vlan.

I wish the mods best of luck with implementing and enforcing this.
AI generally doesn’t need a lot of special handling when it comes to policies. It’s like any other tool, it’s just made it a lot easier for people that don’t know how to code get something made.
If anything, it might be easier for people to tag their level of experience.

How would the proposed rules help? Isnt spam already covered regardless of AI?

Asking people to tag AI, and also have a few different AI tags, and also read more than 3 sentences…mods are going to be busy enforcing the rules.

Sounds like too many rules to me. I’d recommend a “no low effort ai” rule.
Also, AIT is regularly used to abbreviate AI Tool
Disagree. Just deal with people that aren’t contributing in a positive manner like normal. It’s easy to identify posts that are dealing with AI and it’s easy to ignore them.

It depends. Some have CPUs with iGPU. If you enable hardware support it’s fine for about two streams. Also, transcoding isn’t needed a whole lot. Most devices support native formats.

Drive is nice.
The photos mobile app is OK.
Jellyfin on the native docker app works.

Immigration will probably be the only way to get through this ongoing mess.
I think the point is to encourage automation. Systems that can’t will need to find a way, or else.
