What are you expecting from a native app? Installing their website as a PWA works really well.

I don’t have Bitwarden installed right now but I believe they had a parameter called „starts with“ or something? That has always been solid for me.
Bitwarden also has better features for now like more solid URL matching (handy if you have a bunch of services on subdomains of the same domain name).
I heard they keep data corruption away.
That and sync. I wanna keep track of what I read already. Add to that functionality for saving favorites etc and you got a much better package overall.
That sounds horrible. What about this stupid standard takes this fucking long? Is it not improvable by current tech?
You should do a project together
We definitely need a “bad UI battles” community here.
Lots of projects are on GitHub or similar repositories and the landing page is usually the readme file as rendered markdown.
Depends on what you’re after but I recently switched to Protonmail and they allow you to use your own domain and set up a catch-all. If you like what they’re offering in terms of encryption and all, it might a great solution for you.
Is there a reason Android studio is so fucking resource hungry? XCode is running way better with a simulator open and the other Jetbrain IDEs are just fine as well and so is any other virtualization. It’s just Android Studio that sucks somehow.
Backups and archived files go to my home server which then backups to backblaze b2.
Exactly. There is no excuse for Youtube Music being as shit as it is. Why does Google half-ass this so much?
How good is spam detection on ProtonMail? Especially compared to some of the big players like GMail?
Edit: I moved my primary email address to ProtonMail. Spam-Filtering is simply not good. About 50% get through just fine, even if it’s very easily identifiable as Spam / Phishing. I love everything else about ProtonMail but Spam-Filtering is simply not good despite relatively positive reviews I found about it.
If you wanna expand your site in the future, something like Kirby CMS might be great. It is paid but dev experience, community and loading speed of pages are much better that with something like Wordpress.
