Ah mine was just a reply to your question on how to use SSH. I would rather use tailscale and use SSH from terminal as its super responsive and I am fairly comfortable with it. Iirc I followed a tailscale documentation on how to setup SSH which was super quick and easy to follow, try it. You can also SSH into your machine from the browser itself using tailscale admin portal.

Not sure what devices you are using but I just run ssh desktop or ssh laptop in the terminal, running linux. I am not using tailscale app tho, I have service setup in Nixos config and use the commands only.

That’s why we have 4 environments, development, test, pre-production and production.

Most of my content is h265 and av1 so I assume they are also facing a similar issue. I usually use the jellyfin app on PC or laptop so not an issue but my family members usually use the old TV which doesn’t support it.

Any particular spec requirement I would need? There are a lot of them in used market but I am not sure what I need.

Finally get a cheap mini PC so I can stop running my gaming rig 24/7 for jellyfin. Looking to start self hosting few other services if that goes well.

The game has a high skill ceiling and there is a fuck ton to learn but none of that is necessary. The game gets progressively hard as most do and there are some difficult levels (impact was one iirc) but it is by no means industry standard breaking, dark soul type game of tower defence. And the second planet erekir was surprisingly easy but I was already familiar with the game at that point so might be harder for new players but still fairly easy to play through (compared to serpulo).

Don’t be averted by the disclaimer if you don’t like difficult games. You might fail a couple times but one you learn how or why you failed, you can easily be prepared the next time. Give it a shot and there is a good chance you might like it. Don’t get on public multiplayer servers without finishing the campaign tho, you might not have a good time till you learn everything. If you really wanna try multiplayer servers, try not to disturb others and listen to what the veterans suggest.

My experience with my company is exact opposite. Apparently Bitwarden and Vivaldi are not allowed because they have a lot of vulnerabilities so people should continue using edge/chrome and a plain text for storing all their passwords that they often show it on screen share. Had an issue with 2FA cause those assholes decided it’s fun to force the Microsoft propriety authenticator for everyone so I can’t use aegis anymore. That issue took a whole fucking month to get resolved cause none of them could comprehend their almighty Microsoft app didn’t work on my grapheneos. I think you misunderstood their statement. They have used simple markdown editors before which are basic but had the export function. Now they are looking for something more advanced which are in line with what the industry is using.
