Depends if your outgoing is a local address or if you’re going through a vpn.
I rarely run into the issue on the former, almost always on the latter.
I think there’s a way to hook a solver on top of it, but I could be mistaken, haven’t done so myself.

You’re not wrong, but unfortunately for now github is the best for reach and discovery, which may be important for these kind of projects.

It may be good to allow repo owners reputation-based PR filters based on account age, history, rejected PRs etc.

This was merged with jellyseer and is just called seer now. I believe it’s ‘safe’ to switch to the develop branch they have available. I’ve had zero issues so far.
