Yep correct http://hostname:port por each application, all running in the same host on docker. The only thing it would be that any device that would want to connect to an app needs the Tailscale client. And would take over the VPN slot. That’s why they offer exit nodes with mullvad and also DNS privacy resolvers like NextDNS.

That’s why I love Tailscale, nothing is open to the internet, all my shit is local lan inside Tailscale. Even better I don’t have to bother with certificates and reverse proxy.

The issue with Tailscale is that in phone it uses the VPN and you are not able to a vpn or a Adblock service like Adguard. But now I believe it will be interesting to have a exit node with Mullvad vpn to block all shit on all devices inside the tailscale nerwork . Another good thing of tailscale it makes services like jellyfin, plex and syncthing easier.

Still , as with Linux, you spend hours in configuring something that in windows just installs and runs … not saying windows is the best OS , but as all companies … it is less time consuming and everything just runs on it.

Yeah I think one can take care of privacy at a reasonable level without being like Sauls Goodman brother . The issue if we try unnecessary to disappear completely, you have to spend an enormous effort and time and it becomes in some kind of obsession. I personally take basic core measures like giving myself free to data cross of the different well known algorithms from companies and fraudulent sources. I don’t complete desiapoear but I’m like a puzzle for them .
