  • People have different builds, and women in particular can have healthy bodies with more (or less) fat depending on how they carry it. Also if you lift you can gain weight but not get bigger, just denser. I really only trust the waist to height measure, and it’s easy to actually measure.

    I think you look good but it’s your body, get it into the shape you like!



  • On the off chance the title isn’t just fishing:

    Waist to height is the only metric proven to relate to health (waist less than half your height.) Don’t worry about your looks, at least from this picture it looks like you have a lovely body. I find it healthier mentally to focus on athletic goals and let form follow function, maybe that would work for you too.
