I use Gitlab, but i’m becoming increasingly more unhappy with it over time.
When i have enough resources run another local machine, im planning to switch to switch to Codeberg, with selfhosted Woodpecker CI instead

I use Krita every time i need to edit something. It’s more than good enough for me
I genuinely just don’t understand what’s going on in the tech sector anymore
Same issue here. I really like their maps in general, but my local area in OSM is about a decade out of date
I have a RaspberryPi with a Plex container sitting upstairs. Works like a charm

At launch, I’ve upgraded my system to a 3900x, and even today, it fulfills my cpu needs. This thing is incredible

When I graduated from university in 2020, my classmates still zipped the entire project and dated it with “final”, “final(2)”, and “final-forrealnow”. This is extra sad, because they did this in a class, where we were taught version control. Out of the 50-something people in my lab for that class, maybe like 3 people outside of me didn’t express hatred for it
I have mine through namecheap too, although the name server is from cloudflare now. The only issue i’ve had was some shitty forums preventing registrations from anything that wasn’t @gmail.com

While I’m really enjoying this too, it’s worth noting that a lot of the recording features only work on Wayland
That’s incredibly scummy. If it were huge corporations, it would be a rounding error no one would care about, but this is OSS community members we’re talking about
OSS is only good when they can save money with it, apparently
I don’t have an Android device anymore, but I’ve been a fan of Smart Launcher ever since Nova turned into a steaming pile
Been a big fan of it for a handful of years too now. Huge shame that it doesn’t work on iOS because of completely arbitrary limitations. One of my sync groups just handles my entire photo library
There’s a little more to it, but that’s how i run it, and my experience has been considerably better, than with the docker AIO. That being said, i’m worried about the potential security implications of this running on my home network. I don’t know enough of this yet to make an educated statement
I have mine on Namecheap, but i’ve moved the nameserver to Cloudflare. Been using them for a while, can’t complain at all. Am also paying for their email service on the same domain
Begin with listing what exactly you’re trying to run. I am running this myself, on hardware that’s worse than yours. You have to make choices more carefully
Can’t wait to try this one out. Every other fitness tracker i’ve used has either been acquired by some soulless corpo, or just gone down the drain anyway, reaching an unusable state in both outcomes. Most of them can’t even display basic calorie information without dishing out 10$ a month anymore
