There are several apps that do the same
- Mullvad (the Browser?) and Brave
- K-9 Mail and Proton Mail
- Aegis, Aurora and F-Droid
- Brawl Allstar, Roblox and Tiktok
Think about deduplication.
Alternative to brain rot?
I like Track & Graph for multi-purpose manual tracking. I just checked: It supports push reminders.
For automated app usage tracking I’d like to mention ActivityWatch which is available for many OS. Android is in Beta though.
