No, we only use Jellyfin via browser. Unfortunately even with imported Client Cert, Android apps won’t work.
Edit: Client Certs need to be implemented per App. There is a feature request from 2022 https://features.jellyfin.org/posts/1461/capability-to-specify-client-certificate-for-android-client
There is a good reason I only have Jellyfin and other services accessible via valid Client Certificate.
I had a automatic reboot of all VMs and the hypervisor because of a kernel update at night. Nextcloud decided to start in maintenance mode and Jellyfin refused to start because the cache folder didn’t have enough space left. Authentik also complained about outdated provider configuration…
Need to investigate the Nextcloud and Authentic issue during weekend 🤗
Looks like a great collection but seems abandoned as PRs are piling up since 10 months.
There also is a docker version to make it available for your whole network or even reachable from outside behind a reverse proxy. I use it on all my devices. You can use Basic Auth or a Client Certificate if you are concerned about security.
